respawn bases #21

My personal experiences:

Killing a warcaptain immediately turns the base to you.

but there is no warcaptain spawn all of map in danaria and katalam .

You must remember this "warcaptain" only spawn at random time for few mins, hes 
spawn with his attackers, so this not a bug at all
