leveling past lvl10 #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make char
2. //levelup 9
3. choose class
4. //levelup again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to level up. Xp for level9 fills tu full but that's it.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
@falke, don't know since what build this is introduced.
