Trade Broker+Holy serum

Trade brokers:

can't register any item at all for trade
for all items show - You cannot use broker with this item

ok, if you will fix that, 90% possible that you will get second bug:
if register one item, everything will be ok
but if register more then one item - next for first item, all other will be 
showing incorrect(data packet problem, need to fix network packet data for 
broker service(CM+SM))

Holy serum:
why can't use holy serum on fathers?(when select holy serum and then targeting 
on father show that can be used - but not using)

And some mind about core optimization:

probably need a good java coder to check server core for optimization, because 
core with turned off almost all service is using really to much of memory, same 
server based on different core even with turned on ffa+event is using less then 
2Gb, yours with all off - min 2.5Gb, littlebit strange ^_^
