no buffs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compiled latest source and using latest gameforge client
2. apply any scroll or food but you don't get buffed (altho the chat states you 
used it)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to get buffs, you don't get any.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win8 pro x64 jdk 7, ...

Scrolls and Buffood works with this revision and gameforge EU Client!

Buffs & Scrolls working perfect dont forget to put Chat server online i didnt 
do that before if not online buffs and scrolls will not work
