Use one of the Rust graphics libraries (e.g. plotter-rs or embedded-graphics) to generate an image.

Ideally compatible with intended display type, but simple PNG is fine for now.
Okay to just write it to a file for now.
Okay to use dummy data series for now.
Eventualy target the binaries for Rpi or AWS Lambda, but okay to compile on any host platform for now.
