Unable to recover ignored projects from Netbeans GUI #41

Hi, I have an easy feature request. Please add an ability to manage in Netbeans GUI the list of projects that were marked as not Node.js without manual editing nodejs.properties file.

Spent too much time today looking for this solution. Only found nodejs.properties from this support ticket. I agree this feature would be helpful.

Also worth noting that the "Ignore" menu item should be placed somewhere else that's not nested between two options that are used more often, preferences and (for me) git management sub menus.
