Colours aren't populating correctly #99

It's starting the pattern from the beginning.

Update: it tends to only occur when the spreadsheet view has columns manually added to it. This is a pretty trivial bug that is now resolved; although I'm not entirely happy with the implementation, there's not much else to be done until buildChart has all the C3-specific parts removed.
