Unable to specify Curl image used by job/cronjobs #555

What is missing? There is no way to specify the curl image used by those jobs/cronjobs.

Why do we need it? When you are in an environment with no internet access or have to do a custom image for security/process reasons

Anything else we need to know?:

doing a new PR due to CLA and git email issues

had some trouble with CLA signing and linked github email but think I resolved it, latest PR is: https://github.com/timescale/helm-charts/pull/558
