Add BPM range and BPM % display #9

See screenshot below. The BPM range and % display are neither the prettiest nor the most space-efficient, but they do the job.

Very nice work! Although the XDJ's would display "Wide" for 100% BPM range, I think it's more clear to display the actual value, like you do now (especially in regard to the way Mixxx handles this). Good job!
