I'm using Related to estimate relatedness in a population of killer whales from microsatellite data. However, I would like to get the estimated kinship relationships for each pair of individuals in addition to the relatedness as does ML-relate for example (I use the dyadML or trioML estimators which seem to be the most appropriate of the seven estimators). Unfortunately, Related doesn't seem to be able to do this.
Do you know the best way to do this?
