Why it's valuable

The schema doesn’t have to be requested from GitHub for every GraphQL query.
Decrease the chance of running into the GitHub API rate limit.
It should increase performance

How

Use S3 as a cache instead of the in-memory LRU cache.
Uses an S3 bucket as a persistent cache in the Github Manager.
