1.21 Paper - Firing wind charges false positives #12

Server: MC 1.21 PaperMC #107 Version: 1.2.6

Firing wind charges at players whilst they are jumping can cause the anticheat to falsely flag the user for JumpB and FlightB.

Hi there! It seems that the wind charge isn't detected unless it damages the player. I'll try to fix this issue in the next update.
