Annotation Package

Moves the annotation functionality into its own package and adds support for:

• Annotation reading outside of a class
• Annotation classes with a registry and factory
• Automatic wiring through a trait
• Added built-in Deprecated, Monitor, Observer, Route annotations
• Added wiring in the Router
