First vs Repeat view #7

Add support for an configuration option that specified whether the budget applies to the first view or the repeat view. Right now it seems to only apply to first view

Good call! Should be pretty straightforward. I'll try to tackle it within the next couple of days.

Awesome, thanks for the immediate response :). I'm really enjoying this module. I've been manually running WPT for a while now.
