Icarus: Export as NAnt/MSBuild/BAT/Etc. script feature #747

It seems like it would be of great help to many users if the Icarus UI 
supported a feature that would allow users to "export" the current Icarus 
settings as a NAnt script, MSBuild script, Powershell script, and/or BAT script.

This would allow users that are not proficient at scripting (plus those who are 
but are new to Gallio) to use the Icarus UI to configure a specific kind of 
test run, and then to export/save that configuration in their preferred 
scripting format. The exported script could then be used as-is, or else used as 
a model which they could use or extend when integrating Gallio into their own 
CI or build process.
