Installer to let the user determine a custom location for copying Gallio shortcuts. #758

By default, the installer (Wix project) copies the Gallio shortcuts in 
%ProgramMenuFolder%\Gallio. 

Adds an optional panel in the installer (only visible if the user chooses a 
custom installation) that lets the user select another location instead.
