Icarus Runtime Log exceptions #872

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Icarus for first time (or delete Gallio user settings)
2. The Runtime Log should not be visible
3. Load unit test assembly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All test cases should load without error.  Instead exceptions occurs.

Attached are the two different exceptions that can occur and patches to fix 
both.  The one SyncContext patch changes a few other BeginInvoke to use 
SyncContext as well.
