Re-sizable input box #3

I don't think this one has been done yet on the version of Thud I last
played with, but a re-sizable text input box would be great. Especially
with all of the screen real-estate people have these days.

Allow re-sizing of the text input box ala MUSHclient and many other
clients. One line is just not enough, especially if you re-size the main
client window to a small width to save horizontal screen space.

This is one of those things that sounds like it should be easy, but is actually
incredibly hard.  Still, sounds like a must-have.
