Watershed E/F: No FRXST Discharge points

PROBLEM:

When simulating Watershed F the sim runs however no discharge data is outputted. There is no FRXST file created

Verify that gauge is inside the watershed

This issue now an issue for Watershed E as well.

Update:

From advice from the WRF-Hydro Google Groups found here I used ncdump to look at the frxst_pts variable in the Fulldom_hires.nc file. After executing ncdump -v frxst_pts Fulldom_hires.nc the frxst_pts are all -9999
