Cookbook Update to reflect new utility names and options #23

FAST has evolved since Katie wrote her cookbook examples. alndegap for instance has been replaced by fastr. Options have changed. The cookbook needs to be updated to reflect these changes.

I have updated the cookbook with old examples to reflect new options and changes to the scripts used for different utilities. I also added more information on searching identifiers. Let me know if anyone is interested in another example.
