Maiana crashes on lost connection to MaJorToM-DB backend #69

When restarting the Postresql-DBMS of a connected, running Maiana instance the 
next access to an endpoint page results in an exception. I probably will post 
the stacktrace soon.

Fixed. Topic map store checks if connection is still valid before any request
