hi, ive been trying to use the auto subs on my 2020 MacBook pro, but i can't get it to work. i had multiple problems which i solved using the other errors on this page, but this one i found nothing for. im not sure if it is davinci 19, or if i messed something up. please let me know as i plan to get a youtube video out soon and would like this.

I've also had this problem for weeks and have been unable to find any information at all on how to fix it anywhere :/ no one that has it seems to have fixed it.
