Does Moosh backup Quiz results in full backup? #479

moodle version: 4.3
- database: MySQL
php version: 8
operating system: Linux

Actual behaviour

We did a full backup of courses using moosh, but upon restore it looks like Quiz results are not in the full backup

Expected behaviour

Quiz results should be in the full backup
