Support for ODroid XU3/4 Families #20

This will get the kernel to run on ODroid XU3/4. It contains the Mali driver as it was in the official HK odroid-5.4.y branch. I've put the fixes for the Mali driver on 5.10 in a separate commit. Furthermore there's a fix for building the s5p-mfc driver. And I've added the edid firmware blobs as well.
