why are bastard-tunes 1,2,3,4 not always listed sequentially?

because

ordering TuneEvent, TuneRecording by ‘id’ not ‘tune’ showed up that these records weren’t always created along with the tune, and so ids were out of order. fixed in 3414895
one recording had the wrong year
