Add RTF editor #3

We could use an RTF editor in the app for adding content such as prayer requests, prayers, news, etc. The hard thing is to choose a library/solution that has a non-intrusive ui. Most of the editors I've see are rather messy on the front end.

There is a RTF editor in the app. See 'Send message' UI
