Here is an idea of the potential title and overview to get started:

Title

Outbound Open Source Best Practices Training Course

Course Overview

This training course covers the fundamental concepts of outbound open source best practices for companies looking to contribute to or launch an open source project. Participants will gain an understanding of the benefits of open source contribution, the best practices for creating and launching an open source project, and the strategies for effectively engaging with open source communities.

Course Format:

The course is divided into modules. Is free and all materials are available online.

Assessment:

Participants will be evaluated through quizzes and exercises at the end of each module, as well as a final exam at the end of the course. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Target Audience:

The course is designed for anyone interested in learning more about outbound open source best practices, including developers, managers, legal professionals, and any other open source specialist directly engaging with members of open source program offices.
