Timed auctions not ending #9

I had a timed auction, it ended, but the auction still looks live, it just doesn't have a countdown timer. I was expecting when a timed auction ended, the highest bidder would have automatically been accepted and not needed any further interaction.

I think the same issue was reported in Cozmos and we fixed it, so maybe we can port that change over? @asoltys
