Added UI element for displaying unnamed PML constructs #153

Unnamed PML Constructs now demand a warning to be displayed to the user - this is an implementation of that along the lines of how we previously displayed errors and warnings.

Also re-ordered the UI elements such that the download PML-TX button would be shown below the ddis and errors etc.
