put selection circle and connecting arrow colors in resources

maybe rename that, since it's not circle no more (indicator?)

maybe bloom settings too? the tonemapper? resources gonna be crowded

i think do it for the first two, but leave bloom and tonemapper, if you wanted them saved in a scene, leave the circles controlling them (but document the defaults) done fbdd289
