More entities for voltage managed inverter 3PhLV #14

Firmware enhancements requested specifically for 3Phase LV setup (to be expanded to other firmware later)

1. Battery max charging voltage Battery minimum discharge voltage Battery cut-off voltage Battery charging start voltage when grid charging is on, Battery charging end voltage when grid charging is on Battery charging start voltage when generator charging is on Battery charging end voltage when generator charging is on

  1. See if the Gen port supports individual reporting of each phase power
  2. BMS Selection type dropdown
  3. Add Charging efficiency

Entites Added the 3Phase Low voltage: Battery Shutdown Voltage Battery Restart Voltage Battery Low Warning Voltage Generator Start Charge Voltage (End Voltage defined in time of use) Grid Start Chare Voltage (End Voltage defined in time of use) Grid Start Charge (was only defined for High voltage) Generator Power L1 / L2 / L3 (3 entities) Battery Charge Efficiency

BMS Selection no yet imlemented. I will need careful testing as it could cause comms to the BMS to stop and a system shutdown. Will need to have a test system. Will not be included in V4.6
