Fix "C7sg" naming and a few chords #11

I think "C7sg" is supposed to be "C7/G" and it just wasn't renamed with the others. This is the only "7sg" in the database (but also there are no other 7/Gs).

I've also found that there are a number of fingerings that appear under multiple chords, and many of these are just wrong. If changes are still welcome here, I can send some more after this. It also seems that all "5" chords are missing.

Please go easy as this is my first try doing this with github. :)

That's fantastic. Thanks for the pull request. I'm going to rebuild the public page so these changes can be seen.
