shows troops in city that aren't there in tools>troops>marching

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click tools
2.click troops
3. look under marching and see if it adds up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should only show troops that are actually there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2012412d     firefox 11 on xp64

Please provide any additional information below.
in Tools under troops it shows I have 348,000 archers marching and I have no 
archers in that city. I don't believe old raids are removed and that messes up 
things.
