Updated Spanish translation: contacts, history, contact editor #26

Didn't realize that you had to write explicit translation code for each new caption.

This translation is missing the tooltip captions in the History entries, but now almost all the rest of the UI looks good and translated. Thank you!

In the past, with miniscope project I was using dxgettext. It was quite convenient as translating all static GUI elements was "automatic", although I've also received Access Violation report, probably from inside of

and I lost my trust in it. There is just a lot under the hood with this tool and the number of people using it along with my particular compiler/IDE version is probably very low. There is probably no supported alternative translation tool for this IDE version (and it is 15 years old and long forgotten), so translating everything manually seems like only option.
