Azure Service Fabric Mesh is no longer working #65

Azure Service Fabric Mesh has not been working for a long while since we've introduced caching in #59 & a fix in #60.

After that I've noticed a bug in Mesh which is reported here - https://github.com/Azure/service-fabric-mesh-preview/issues/264.

This should be fixed soon.

Just tried it again, still the case so will wait a bit longer.
