Request instructions for using nios_ddr3 example #1

Could you provide some instructions for getting the nios_ddr3 example running?

I am not familiar with the Quartus II toolset and I'm primarily interested in developing software for the Nios II processor.

I found some help in the manual included with the BeMicro CV SD Reference Design zip file available at http://components-asiapac.arrow.com/en/campaign/altera-bemicro-cv-fpga-development-kit/#started. Which steps and settings described in this manual are applicable (or not) to the nios_ddr3 example?

I believe I have successfully created a nios_ddr3 project and got it to build. But I am struggling to get it running in the debugger reliably. When I attempt to debug I usually get an error that says "Downloading ELF Process failed".

Sorry, I wasn't notified of issues, so I didn't see your question. Do you still need help? I haven't used this design in many years.
