id like to create JS environment with tests for this sc & make docs that will describe what methods this SC have and how devs can interact with it

Context

I think having ready-to-use ecosistem SC (with documentation & with human-readable tests (not fift tests ha ha ha) on JS) this is important in terms of unboarding new users in TON developments

Goals

Make working with ICO easy for new devs on ton

Deliverables

• Create opensorce repo with js environment for SC
• Create js tests
• Write doc in .md that will explain what is going on inside this ICO SC

Definition of Done

• [ ] repo with contract and tests
• [ ] .md document

Reward
