Ability to make collections #251

People should be able to make collections of models and IRs and be able to tag them, they should be linked to their profile. You should be able to download an entire collection, collections should also have their settings (e.g. bass, mid, treble) baked in so you can load up presets of IRs and NAMs with their settings. Settings should also be able to be sorted by what type of guitar was in mind and what pickup was in mind.

also, when the NAM app expands, pedals should also come with and their settings, people should be able to make signal chains and post them on the website and we should be able to download them as presets just like https://www.tone.net/amplitube

When all of this comes out people should be able to sort by artist and the community can upload tones trying to replicate the sounds and we can rank them

Oh and signal chains should allow for multiple amps, actually I'll make this a new issue
