undecrypted folder #533

im getting this issue with my latest uploads. all these links haven been sharing before. but now i cant see the file names. i just says undecrypted folder. i dont know if its related to megabaster or mega but i think you could reply me better Sin título

I can relate to that as well. When I upload to Mega using Megasync or the browser, I don't encounter that issue.

It's an issue on their end, the key structure for folders is stacked so it probably uses an older key in that stack. If its your upload Create a new folder, move all the undecrypted files from an undecrypted folder there and reload account data.

Any fix? I just uploaded by Megabasterd, it seems I will lost my file without backup :( image

Have you tried to create a new folder, move the undecrypted file there, reload user data and see if it decrypts?

Omg, I tried a couple things, create / remove links, move to a new folder, then reload account from menu, now my file came back. Thank you

I uploaded some stuff and after few months some folders were undecrypted and i try to reaload my account and it worked. All files were back as normal. Worth a try. image_2023-10-02_011044562
