What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Downloading QDevelop-0.21.2-setup.exe and installing it
 2. Opening a .pro file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Expected: "Here is you project, have fun!"
 I see an error message about Qt needing SQLite support

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.21.2, Windows XP Home

Please provide any additional information below.
 It seems that you don't deploy sqldrivers\qsqlite.dll with the installer.
Adding the file manually fixes the problem.
 Probably you didn't notice this problem yourself, because you have your Qt
environment variables set correctly to your main Qt directory, which I
don't have set.

This problem is fixed with the new setup program for Windows.
