Function/method names color bug #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open tools->options->syntax highlighting
2. Change the function/method names color
3. Close these settings and open again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The color of f/m names should have changed.
Instead, it's still black.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.21, FreeBSD 6

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be also nice to add a possibility to change the background color 
(Many coders, ie me, like to code 'light text on dark background')
