Visualization does not render for 2020 results #40

Describe the bug In the Visualize section of the 2020_US_County_Level_Presidential_Results iPython notebook, the choropleth visualization does not show up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Visualize section of the 2020_US_County_Level_Presidential_Results iPython notebook
  2. See that no visualization renders

Expected behavior There should be a choropleth that shows the results of the 2020 election by county
