problem with no name flux #293

when I had a flux without name (http://www.tillthecat.com/feed/), it's impossible to click on it in the left column. May be a default name will be better (the url for example).

Arf, indeed. Why there exists feed with no title :-) I will put the url as default title.

There's the same problem for articles : it is not possible to click the title of an article to go to the website. I'll add an example when it occurs again.
