We'd like to see if we can use a visual like that to indicate that the member is "at the top of their class".

Attached is the data for each member pool. To start, we'll create one for Java and one for ReactJS.
Use your best judgement to curate the information that will be most interesting to a customer (buyer). The target user is an enterprise customer buyer that is interested in buying specific types of talent from Topcoder and leveraging those members to complete work for them.
