Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the https://beta-community-app.topcoder.com/dashboard
  2. Click on the welcome to the return of /TC banner and observer

Actual Result(s) welcome to the return of /TC banner has no link

Expected Result(s) All banner slider should have link

@Krishna1507 actually, it is not a bug in sense of broken functionality. We have capabilty to link banners as it is the case for n3 but wanted to use 1&2 as infographics.
