Marathon Match Challenge

Expected behavior

One should be able to set up a marathon match challenge in Work Manager

Actual behavior

There is no such option. One can add the tag 'Marathon match' to the challenge, then the challenge looks like a marathon match (at least its leaderboard), but after some time, the tag disappears and the challenge behaves like a code challenge, not a marathon match.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Setup a challenge, add tag 'Marathon match'.
• Wait some time (a minute or so). The tag disappears.
• Edit the challenge - add the same tag again.
• Wait some time. The tag disappears again.

@rootelement - leaving aside the feedback on the new process for identifying a marathon match, it seems like there may be an issue here with the tag metadata retainment. Can you check into this?

I am curious if this is an issue that can have a quick fix (i.e. before the 1/15 bug fix end date, or if we need to save this for later?)
