Rethink conversation tree frontend #129

The current UX needs serious work.

First draft, Decided to push early for demos and because already much improved, but a few small things left to do. Notably, styling of meta nodes; a small button to display description if it exists (off by default); only show allowed node states; do not show addNode button on top, etc.

another small thing: Editing a node should make sure it's unfolded.
