Full vs neighbourhood view (tabbed? neighbourhood only if playing, then by default) Do you want to see obsolete nodes? (off by default) Do you want to see meta-nodes (on by default) Later: Unfold all recent nodes

Unfold all; unfold to a given publication state; filter to a given publication state

Also allow to fold-unfold individual node description (probably starts folded by default, with an indicator saying whether the node has extra information or not.) The node content (and form) should also include the URL filed (if any). (Question: Are URLs restricted to reference nodes? I would expect so.)
