forum title description is not getting stored inDB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.redeploy the war, then you ll have to re-configure your forum title, meta 
tags , name etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
These info should be persisted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
database, and application server/servlet container?

While it would be nice to persist these in the DB, I'm guessing that is some 
time off. Until then, make sure you keep the WEB-INF/config/jforum-custom.conf 
file before deploying a new version - the settings are stored in there.
