You will need to attach the log file as well, using the -debug flag when you run the makemenu command. As you seem to be using an old version of tovid, it would be even better if you could upgrade to current SVN and try again.

I'm retiring this bug as makemenu is no longer maintained and is no longer a part of tovid. If you are reading this, please upgrade to latest tovid and use 'tovid disc' to make text menus.
